BrandStorm Session

By scheduling your BrandStorm session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Agreement to Provide Consulting Services. You (“Client”) hereby retain Andy Brenits (“Consultant”) to provide consulting services (“Services”) to Client in person or via videoconference/Zoom.

Term: Session length is 90 to 120 minutes. At the end of the term, this Agreement shall not automatically renew. Client and Consultant will evaluate the structure of the relationship and the scope of the Services, assess Client’s current needs and determine whether or not to extend this Agreement after the initial term.

Fees and charges: In consideration of the Services to be performed by Brenits Creative, the Client shall pay to Brenits Creative the amount listed at the time of booking. You authorize Brenits Creative, through its payment processor (Stripe) to charge this amount to the credit card you have provided. You agree to pay for the purchase of the above services in accordance with the issuing bank of your credit card.

Refund Policy: Once your BrandStorm session has been scheduled, there are no refunds available.

Independent Contractor. Brenits Creative is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent of, or joint venture with Client or any company affiliated with Client. Brenits Creative shall provide the Services under the general/limited direction of Client, but Brenits Creative shall determine, at its sole discretion, the manner and means by which the Services are accomplished.

Schedule: Time and schedule are taken very seriously. Please be punctual for our scheduled BrandStorm session. To move, cancel or re-schedule an BrandStorm session, I require 48 hours notice via email message. (Accepting or declining calendar invitations doesn’t count.) If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you are responsible for that appointment, and it is forfeited.

Extracurricular Contact: In between scheduled sessions, if you have questions, I will do my best to reply within 24 hours. If the questions are answerable simply, I will do so. If not, I will refer them to the next session and/or schedule an additional session to address them.

Confidentiality: All conversations are confidential. If there is ever any discomfort about a topic, please let me know right away. I will listen and do whatever I can to help.

Personal Responsibility: A benefit of the BrandStorm process is that both the Client and Consultant must be personally accountable for the actions we take. As such, you do not hold Andy Brenits or Brenits Consulting & Creative liable for the consequences of your actions or absence of actions.  You agree that neither Andy Brenits nor Brenits Consulting & Creative are an Employment Agent, Business Coach, or Financial Consultant.
