Clarity First. Growth That Lasts.

Sustainable growth requires deliberate direction. We help founders and leadership teams align brand, strategy, and decision-making so momentum compounds over time.

This is not tactical support. It’s strategic partnership.

WHY FOUNDERS WORK WITH US

Strategic Thinking at the Principal Level

Brenits Creative is a strategy-first advisory practice led directly by Andy Brenits. Every engagement benefits from three decades of brand, marketing, and growth experience — not delegated execution.

We work best with founder-led businesses navigating growth, transition, or reinvention — where clarity, positioning, and disciplined decision-making determine long-term success.

Start With Clarity

Every engagement begins with a brief consultation to assess fit and define the right first step. Schedule a conversation, and we’ll determine whether IdeaStorm™ is the appropriate place to begin.

Strategic Advisory Across Growth Stages

We’ve advised organizations across multiple industries — from early-stage growth to mature businesses navigating reinvention.

The common denominator isn’t sector. It’s leadership making decisions that shape trajectory.

Founder-led companies, small leadership teams, and growing organizations benefit most when clarity, positioning, and disciplined strategy guide execution.

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER

Frequently Asked Question

I’m interested—what should I do next?

Start by scheduling a free consult. We’ll talk about what you’re working on, what’s keeping you stuck, and how I might be able to help. No pressure, no sales pitch—just a conversation.

How is BrandTherapy different than IdeaStorm?

IdeaStorm is a one-time strategy session—perfect for gaining quick clarity, delving deep into a challenge, or conducting an intensive brainstorm. BrandTherapy, on the other hand, is an ongoing engagement. It gives you continuous advising, accountability, or fractional leadership to keep your strategy moving forward long after the initial ideas are on the table.

Do I need to pick one option right away?

Not at all. Many clients start with On Your Business for strategic clarity and accountability, then move into In Your Business once they’re ready to scale and need deeper, hands-on leadership.

Do you offer branding or design without strategy?

Generally, no. Strategy is always the starting point. Creative execution is only recommended once positioning, messaging, and direction are clear.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a 15–20 minute no-pressure consult to see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share what you’re working on, and get a feel for how I work. Schedule your consultation for a time that works for you here: https://calendly.com/andybrenits/consult

Can I start with just one session?

Yes. You can book an IdeaStorm Power Hour if you want quick guidance or simply want to test the waters. There’s no commitment—just focused insight in a single, high-value conversation.

What if I’m not clear on what I need yet?

That’s totally normal—and exactly where I come in. Most of my clients start with questions, uncertainty, or too many ideas. We’ll work together to get clear on what matters most, what to prioritize, and how to move forward with purpose and focus.

How flexible are these engagements?

Very. Both options are designed to adapt as your business evolves. On Your Business is typically month-to-month, while In Your Business can range from a few hours per week up to 20 hours per month.

Let’s Start with Clarity

If you’re exploring brand or marketing support and want to make a thoughtful decision, the best place to start is a conversation—or an IdeaStorm™ when you’re ready.

Strong branding has so many positive outcomes, including happy clients.

“I would recommend that any business seeking an objective, and creative, assessment about how to refine their current brand and marketing give Brenits Creative a call.”

Sabine Lenz: Owner, PaperSpecs

“The product was an outstanding reflection of the company, which is entirely to the credit of Andy’s attention and creativity.”

Craig Lipset: President, Critical Path Imaging

“I’ve been working with agency, in-house and freelance designers for over 35 years. Andy Brenits is a rarity in a number of ways. Few designers/art directors have his deep understanding of marketing; few are as literate and articulate.”

Lee Marc Stein: President, Lee Marc Stein, Ltd.

“My experience with Brenits Creative has been fantastic! I wish I would have contacted them back when I first started my company.”

Eric Bailey:
Owner, Cyclone Shipping

“Our organization of nearly 1,000 members is now better-positioned for the future, thanks to our partnership with Brenits Creative.”
