      STRATEGY-LED SERVICES

      BrandStorm™ Services & Capabilities

BrandStorm engagements are customized and value-priced, but they typically include a combination of the following strategy and creative services. Strategy always comes first; execution follows only when it’s the right move.

      Brand Strategy Foundation

Brand foundation work establishes clarity around what your brand stands for, who it’s for, and how it should be expressed. This work creates focus, alignment, and a defensible position you can grow into.

      Brand & Marketing Audits

Brand audits provide a clear-eyed assessment of how your brand is currently performing—internally, externally, and competitively. Depending on your situation, we may focus on brand expression, competitive positioning, customer perception, or a combination of all three. The goal is not analysis for its own sake, but actionable insight that informs smarter strategic decisions.

      Brand Design Audit

A Brand Design Audit evaluates how clearly and consistently your brand is positioned and expressed across key touchpoints. We review your visual identity, messaging, and overall brand presentation to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This audit helps determine whether your brand is communicating the right message to the right audience—and doing so in a way that is credible, differentiated, and aligned with your business goals.

      Competitor Audit

A Competitor Audit examines how your key competitors position and present themselves in the market. We analyze publicly available brand and marketing materials to understand category norms, messaging patterns, and areas of sameness. This work helps identify strategic gaps and opportunities where your brand can stand apart in a way that is both credible and defensible.

Voice of Customer (VOC) Survey & Analysis

A Voice of Customer (VOC) engagement captures honest, unfiltered feedback from customers, employees, or key stakeholders. We develop a custom survey to explore perceptions, experiences, and the language people naturally use to describe your brand. By analyzing both quantitative responses and qualitative comments, we uncover patterns that reveal what’s working, what’s not, and where expectations may be misaligned.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey & Analysis

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey measures customer loyalty and willingness to recommend your brand. In addition to calculating your NPS score, we analyze open-ended feedback to understand the underlying drivers behind customer sentiment. This approach goes beyond the score itself to identify specific opportunities to improve customer experience, increase advocacy, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Audit services are often combined or scoped selectively based on what clarity is needed most.

      Vivid Vision Development

Vivid Vision Development creates a clear, shared picture of where your business and brand are headed over the next three to five years. This work aligns leadership around a future state and provides a strategic lens for evaluating priorities, investments, and decisions. Rather than focusing on tactics, it establishes direction, focus, and intent.

      Common outcomes include:

      • A compelling future-state narrative

      • Strategic priorities and focus areas

      • Decision-making guardrails for growth

      Brand Positioning & Messaging Strategy

Brand positioning and messaging strategy define what your brand stands for, who it’s for, and how it should be communicated. This work clarifies your unique position in the market and establishes a consistent messaging framework that guides marketing, sales, and leadership communication.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Clear, defensible brand positioning

      • A strong core message and brand narrative

      • Talking points and proof points aligned to business goals

      Messaging Style Guide

A Messaging Style Guide defines how your brand communicates—not just what it says. It ensures consistency across writers, platforms, and teams by establishing clear guidance for voice, tone, and expression. This is especially valuable as businesses grow or involve multiple contributors.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Defined brand voice and tone

      • Writing and formatting standards

      • Consistent communication across channels

      Creative Development & Execution

Creative development brings strategy to life through disciplined, intentional design execution. Every creative decision is guided by brand positioning, not trends or guesswork.

      Brand Naming

Brand naming engagements focus on developing names that are strategically aligned, defensible, and capable of growing with the business. The process begins with clear criteria and explores naming directions that support positioning, credibility, and long-term use.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Clear naming strategy and criteria

      • Shortlists of vetted name options

      • Rationale to support confident selection

      Visual Identity Systems

Visual identity systems translate brand strategy into a cohesive visual language. This work ensures your brand is recognizable, consistent, and aligned with its positioning across all touchpoints. The focus is on durability and clarity—not trends.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Logo and visual system

      • Color and typography standards

      • Guidelines for consistent application

      Website Strategy & Design

Website strategy and design engagements focus on clarity, structure, and business outcomes—not just aesthetics. Strategy informs messaging, information architecture, and user experience to ensure the site supports your goals and communicates your value clearly.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Messaging-first site structure

      • Clear user pathways and hierarchy

      • A website aligned with brand strategy

      Marketing & Brand Collateral

Marketing and brand collateral translate strategy into practical tools that support sales, marketing, and growth. These assets are designed to reinforce clarity, consistency, and credibility across key touchpoints.

      Common outcomes include:

      • Sales and presentation materials

      • One-pagers and foundational assets

      • Brand-aligned templates and tools

BrandStorm™ engagements typically include a combination of these services, packaged based on your needs.

      COMMON QUESTIONS

      Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Brenits Creative offer?

We offer brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction services for founder-led businesses. Engagements typically include strategic diagnostics (IdeaStorm™), packaged strategy and execution projects (BrandStorm™), or ongoing advisory support (BrandTherapy™).

      What is IdeaStorm™?

IdeaStorm™ is a paid diagnostic strategy session designed to create clarity and determine the smartest next step. It helps identify the real problem behind brand, marketing, or growth challenges before committing to larger projects.

      What is BrandStorm™?

BrandStorm™ is a packaged engagement that includes brand strategy—and, when appropriate, creative execution such as naming, visual identity, or website design. Projects may be strategy-only or strategy plus creative, depending on the need.

How is BrandTherapy different than IdeaStorm?

IdeaStorm™ creates clarity. BrandStorm™ turns that clarity into strategy and execution. BrandTherapy™ provides ongoing advisory support. Each serves a different purpose, and we’ll recommend the right path based on your situation.

      How flexible are these engagements?

Very. Both options are designed to adapt as your business evolves. On Your Business is typically month-to-month, while In Your Business can range from a few hours per week up to 20 hours per month.

Do I need to pick one option right away?

Not at all. Many clients start with On Your Business for strategic clarity and accountability, then move into In Your Business once they’re ready to scale and need deeper, hands-on leadership.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a 15–20 minute no-pressure consult to see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share what you’re working on, and get a feel for how I work. Schedule your consultation for a time that works for you here: https://calendly.com/andybrenits/consult

Who do you typically work with?

Most clients are founder-led businesses, solopreneurs, or small leadership teams in professional services, education, healthcare, and specialized service industries.

Do you work with large companies or agencies?

Occasionally, but the work is best suited for founder-led and owner-operated businesses that value outside perspective and strategic thinking.

Do you offer branding or design without strategy?

Generally, no. Strategy is always the starting point. Creative execution is only recommended once positioning, messaging, and direction are clear.

Can I start with just one session?

Yes. You can book an IdeaStorm Power Hour if you want quick guidance or simply want to test the waters. There’s no commitment—just focused insight in a single, high-value conversation.

What if I’m not clear on what I need yet?

That’s totally normal—and exactly where I come in. Most of my clients start with questions, uncertainty, or too many ideas. We’ll work together to get clear on what matters most, what to prioritize, and how to move forward with purpose and focus.

      I’m interested—what should I do next?

Start by scheduling a free consult. We’ll talk about what you’re working on, what’s keeping you stuck, and how I might be able to help. No pressure, no sales pitch—just a conversation.

What’s the difference between My Brain On Your Business and My Brain In Your Business
      • On Your Business = Ongoing advising and accountability for solopreneurs and small business owners who need consistent support without adding staff.

      • In Your Business = Fractional executive leadership for companies ready to scale or fill a senior-level gap in brand/marketing leadership.

      Not Sure Where to Start?

If you’re feeling stuck or unclear, the best place to start is an IdeaStorm™. It’s designed to help you make the right next decision—before you invest further.

Strong branding has so many positive outcomes, including happy clients.

“I would recommend that any business seeking an objective, and creative, assessment about how to refine their current brand and marketing give Brenits Creative a call.”

        Sabine Lenz: Owner, PaperSpecs

“The product was an outstanding reflection of the company, which is entirely to the credit of Andy’s attention and creativity.”

Craig Lipset: President, Critical Path Imaging

“I’ve been working with agency, in-house and freelance designers for over 35 years. Andy Brenits is a rarity in a number of ways. Few designers/art directors have his deep understanding of marketing; few are as literate and articulate.”

Lee Marc Stein: President, Lee Marc Stein, Ltd.

“My experience with Brenits Creative has been fantastic! I wish I would have contacted them back when I first started my company.”

        Eric Bailey:
        Owner, Cyclone Shipping

“Our organization of nearly 1,000 members is now better-positioned for the future, thanks to our partnership with Brenits Creative.”
