I’m honored to be featured in a new Bold Journey interview, where we talked about finding purpose, thinking clearly in complex situations, and why most business challenges aren’t about execution, they’re about clarity.

Most problems aren’t caused by a lack of effort or talent. They’re caused by a lack of direction.

That realization is what shifted my career—from doing the work to helping founders and leaders step back, cut through the noise, and make better decisions before they invest time, money, or momentum in the wrong direction.
