Who I Am

I’m Andy Brenits, a strategic brand and growth advisor with nearly three decades of experience guiding organizations through consequential decisions.

I work with founder-led businesses at moments when growth, reputation, and direction carry more weight than they used to — and guessing is no longer a strategy.

My role is not to add noise. It’s to bring perspective.

I’m known for pattern recognition, disciplined thinking, and separating signal from distraction when stakes are high.

My background spans corporate brand leadership, independent advisory work, and more than 20 years teaching design and strategic thinking at the graduate level.

I have held leadership roles at organizations including Gap Inc., the National Football League, KPMG, and Arizona Public Service, where I built and led creative and brand teams at scale.

Across industries — from retail and professional services to healthcare, utilities, and nonprofit — I have helped organizations strengthen brand stewardship, stakeholder trust, and long-term value.
