Brand personality worksheet.

The personality, or style, of your organization, is a cornerstone of your brand

Brand personality can be seen in just about everything you do—all the way you talk and interact, down to the design of your office space and products. Before we begin a brand design project, we look to understand your organization’s style so that we can infuse them into the design of your brand visuals.

To help you define your personality, we’ve listed several style traits below to inspire you. Select the traits that best represent your company, and we’ll use those to create visuals that capture your brand’s spirit. With this information, our team can craft a brand that reflects your company.

This list is by no means comprehensive, and your organization may very well possess other traits that are not on this list.

As you consider your personality, you may struggle to decide whether you actually possess a specific personality trait or if you just wish you did. In the exercise, being honest with who you are as an organization is important. This is because consumers are incredibly perceptive, and designing a brand with a false personality will never ring true to your audience.
