Ownership Advisory Roundtable

A Private Advisory Roundtable for Leaders Navigating Growth, Complexity, and Decisions

Ownership Advisory Roundtable brings together a curated group of business owners and leaders for confidential conversation, strategic perspective, and better decision-making.

Designed for those who value thoughtful dialogue and trusted perspective, not noise, networking, or surface-level conversation.

This is peer-level advising, not coaching.

What This Is Not

This Isn’t a Networking Group. And That’s the Point.

Ownership Advisory Roundtable is a private monthly gathering for leaders who value trust, perspective, and real conversation.

It combines the best elements of several formats: the insight of an advisory board, the trust of a peer group, and the relationship value of a strong network, without the pressure, performance, or forced referrals.

This is a different kind of room. One where leaders step back, think clearly, speak candidly, and learn from others who understand the weight of ownership and leadership.

Who this is for

For Owners and Leaders Who Want Better Conversations and Better Decisions

OAR is designed for established owners and leaders who want stronger conversations, clearer perspective, and better decisions.

  • Small business owners and founder-led companies
  • Nonprofit founders and executive leaders
  • Operators carrying real responsibility and real decisions
  • Leaders who value confidentiality and candor
  • People looking for more than transactional networking

If you are responsible for growth, people, and decisions, this is the kind of room built with you in mind.

What Makes This Different

Not Networking. Not a Mastermind. Something More Practical.

OAR was created for leaders who want something more substantial than a networking group, and more grounded than a typical mastermind.

There are no forced referrals. No surface-level introductions. No sales pressure.

This is not coaching. This is peer-level strategic advising.

Instead, it is built around strategic conversation, shared experience, and peer-level advising. Members bring real challenges, and the group offers perspective, pattern recognition, and insight drawn from experience.

Over time, this creates trusted relationships and better decisions.

Curated Membership

The room is intentionally small and thoughtfully selected for chemistry, trust, and perspective.

Confidential Conversation

Members speak openly about real challenges, decisions, and opportunities.

Strategic Perspective

Discussions move beyond tactics to focus on leadership, growth, and direction.

Relationship-Driven Growth

Strong relationships naturally lead to opportunities, referrals, and better decisions.

How It Works

A Structured Conversation Designed for Clarity, Perspective, and Action

OAR meets monthly in a private setting for a structured but conversational two-hour session. Breakfast is included, so you arrive, settle in, and focus on the conversation.

Each gathering is designed to create space for meaningful dialogue, peer learning, and practical insight that members can apply immediately.

1. Arrive and Connect

Settle in over breakfast, reconnect, and step into a focused, private environment.”

2. Share Current Challenges

Each leader brings real questions, priorities, or decisions to the table.

3. Discuss, Advise, and Explore

Members get perspective, strategies, encouragement, and practical ideas.

4. Leave with Clarity

Members walk away with sharper thinking, stronger direction, and next steps they can act on.

Why It Matters

Because the Hardest Decisions Shouldn’t Be Made Alone

Leadership can be isolating. Ownership even more so.

OAR gives members a place to think out loud with other capable leaders who understand what it means to make decisions, carry responsibility, and keep moving forward.

  • Clearer thinking around important decisions

  • Insight from peers outside your own organization

  • Accountability and perspective without politics

  • Trusted relationships with other serious leaders

  • A more intentional path to opportunity, growth, and connection

Sometimes the most valuable thing in business is simply being in the right room with the right people.

Facilitated By

Facilitated by a Strategic Advisor Who Works at the Level of Decisions

Andy Brenits is a brand strategist, advisor, and facilitator who helps leaders clarify direction, strengthen positioning, and think more strategically about growth.

OAR was created from a simple belief: business owners and leaders need better rooms. Rooms where thoughtful people can speak honestly, challenge each other constructively, and grow through shared perspective.

With a background spanning strategy, creative leadership, and advisory work, Andy designed OAR to be a more meaningful alternative to traditional networking groups, and a more grounded option than high-cost executive forums.

Having served on boards himself, Andy understands what good advisory conversations look like — and built OAR to bring that same quality of thinking to small business owners.

This is not an open group. Each cohort is curated to ensure the right mix of experience, perspective, and trust.

If there’s a potential fit, you may be invited to a short conversation before the next cohort is formed.

Joining the list does not commit you to membership.
